On Tuesday, April 30 from 5:30 – 7 p.m., Cindy Areglado, Ave Maria Parish, and A Healthy Lynnfield invite you to participate in “Happy Moves” Zumba Gold, a fundraiser to support the Lynnfield High School Healthy Living Scholarship Program and other youth leadership opportunities and community prevention programming, at Our Lady of the Assumption Hall at 17 Grove St. Come have a blast at our “Happy Island Vibe” party. Wear your favorite beach or island attire and get ready to move to safe, fun, low-impact Latin and exotic rhythms with instructor Cindy Areglado. Zumba Gold is suitable for all fitness levels and improves physical and mental health. Don’t forget to wear sneakers (no flip-flops, please)! Admission donation is $25 per person.
