Monday, Feb. 5

Summons

Ageu V. Da Costa, 29, of Lafayette Street, Salem, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit at 2:14 p.m. at Warshurt Shish Kabob and Steakhouse, 31 Lynnfield St. 

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 6:21 p.m. at 15 Central St. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 12:44 p.m. at Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe, 86 Andover St. 

A report of a car into a wall at 12:22 p.m. on Railroad Avenue

Suspicious

A caller reported past incidents of a suspicious motor vehicle near his home at 2:51 p.m. at 7 Buford Road. The report was deemed unfounded. 

A caller reported a white Mercedes possibly engaging in a drug deal at 8:55 p.m. at 38 County St. An officer spoke to those parties and was advised to head out for the evening. They stated they live nearby the address.

A report of a motor vehicle partially in traffic at 11:33 p.m. at D & R Market, 54 Foster St. 

Theft

A party wanted to speak to an officer regarding a past motor vehicle break-in at 4:23 p.m. at 12 Highland St. The party was not a victim, and had video of a guy trying doors. 

Sunday, Feb. 4

Arrest

Kelvin Ramalho Nunes, 29, of Tracey Street, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 8:09 p.m. at Tremont and Wallis streets .

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run collision at 5:24 p.m. at 1 Sutton St. A vehicle hit a hydrant, sustained heavy front end damage, and departed the scene.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 11:02 a.m. at iStorage Peabody, 244 Andover St.; at 11:54 a.m. at Nordstrom, 210N Andover St.; at 3:37 p.m. at Chateau Royale Condominium, 500 Northshore Road;

Suspicious

A caller was upset someone came on her property and left the area at 9:57 p.m. at 10 Wright Road. Officers found three youths in a gold Honda ringing door bells.

Theft

A caller reported her ex-husband stole money from her at 7:49 p.m. at 3 Highland Park. The party called back and said she did not want to make a report anymore.

A report of a past shoplifting at 6:02 p.m. at Amazing Superstore, 82 Newbury St.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

Accidents

A report of a car striking a pole at 4:45 a.m. at Pulaski and Gardner streets; at 8:09 a.m. at 44 Bartholomew St. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 8:21 a.m. at relocated Forest Street; at 9:20 a.m. at Tesla Peabody, 210T Andover St.; at 12:13 p.m. at Sullivan Tire & Auto Service, 175 Washington St.; at 2:28 p.m. at Washington and Ayer streets.

Animal

A caller reported staying in a motel in Peabody and one of her ferrets had gone missing at 12:21 p.m. at 144 Shore Drive. Police attempted to call the reporting party but the phone number she provided was no longer in service and she did not specify what motel she was staying in. 

Dispute

A caller reported their neighbor making loud banging noises, knocking over furniture at 4:43 p.m. at 55 Sutton St. 

Suspicious

A be on the lookout was issued for a red sedan at 12:35 p.m. in the area of Northshore Mall, 210N Andover St. 

A caller reported a white male with a construction vest that says “DWALT” came to her door with a bucket asking for water at 3:52 p.m. at Manomet Road and Bow Street. The man was last seen walking towards Bow Street, but officers could not locate anyone. 

Thefts

A caller reported his license plate was stolen and a different plate was attached at 4:12 p.m. at 4 Myles Road. 

A report of fraud at 8:30 p.m. at 4 Northend St. 

Monday, Jan. 29

Arrests

Samantha Rose Porter, 34, of Gould Street, Reading, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle at 11:53 a.m. at Summit Plaza, 145 Summit St. 

Yaseen Omar Moukara, 25, of Washington Park Drive, Andover, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a suspended registration at 4:59 p.m. at 31 Walnut St. 

Summons

Danelia Rae Phayr, 44, of Margin Street, Salem, will be summonsed to court for larceny under $1,200 at 10:31 a.m. at Bunghole Liquors, 79 Lowell St. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 12:19 a.m. at Interstate 95 North, Exit 63A; at 8:27 a.m. at Proctor and Margin streets. 

Animals

A caller left a voicemail reporting he found two great Danes on Lynnfield Street at 3:05 p.m. at 145 Quinn Road. The caller called back to report the owner was on the way to pick up the dogs. 

A report of two black and white pit bulls running loose in the vicinity of 94 Tremont St. at 11:11 p.m. An officer checked the area but the dogs were gone on arrival. Salem PD was also notified but did not have any reports of missing dogs. 

Fight

A report of a fight in progress at 2:39 p.m. at James and Perkins streets. 

Hazard

A report of a manhole cover knocked loose by plowing at 6:50 a.m. at 6 Crestwood Lane.

Suspicious

A report of a man taking pictures of houses at 1:34 p.m. at State Street. No one was found in the area.

Thefts

A report of a past scam attempt at 12:39 p.m. at 1 Roosevelt Ave. 

A walk-in report of identity fraud at 3:49 p.m. at 13 Magnolia Terrace. 

A caller reported identity theft at 4:54 p.m. at 20 Sunset Drive.
