Arrests

Shella Ann Greeke-Danjou, 62, of 44 Royal Crest Dr. Apt. #12, North Andover, MA, was arrested for possession of a burglarious instrument and shoplifting.

Summons

Jaylin Encarncion, 19, of 36 Hudson Ave., Lawrence was summonsed on charges of shoplifting by asportation. 

Emma Pimentel, 18, of 157 Merrimack St, Methuen was summonsed on charges of shoplifting by asportation.

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 6:24 a.m. The caller from 9 Magnolia Way believes his car was stolen while warming it up. 

A report of a breaking and entering a motor vehicle at 8:14 a.m. at 215 Newbury St.

A report of shoplifting at 5:22 p.m. at 210M Andover St.; 6:52 p.m. at 210Z Andover St.; at 7:49 p.m. at 210S Andover St.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:24 a.m. in the vicinity of Connolly Terrance. Caller believes she can hear someone under a car. The units were checked and unable to locate.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 7 a.m. on Andover Street; at 11:39 a.m. at 75 Walls St.; at 11:48 a.m. at 326 Lowell St.; at 2:19 p.m. on Pulaski Street; at 2:53 p.m. at 210 Andover St.

Theft

A report of a breaking and entering at 8:36 a.m. at 47 Newbury St.

A report of a breaking and entering a motor vehicle at 12:20 p.m. at 3121 Crane Brook Way. 

Fraud

A report of identity fraud at 9:51 a.m. at 3 Veterans Memorial Dr. The caller discovered when he received a letter in the mail saying he owed $17k. ofc to document.

 Animal Control

An order of quarantines for Ellie, a two-year-old female American Bulldog, and Moose/Tyson, a two-year-old male American Bulldog, was given in hand to Robert Melanson. In addition, a dangerous dog hearing notice was also given in hand to Melanson witnessed by Officers Cameron and Collela. The owners were ordered to muzzle both dogs when they leave the interior of the house and also provided a written order at 12:48 p.m. at 20 Aberdeen Ave. 

Medical Aid

A request for medical aid at 2:19 p.m. for a female who didn’t take medication and had heart issues. She was transported to either Salem or Mass General Hospital. 

 

Monday, Jan. 9 

Fraud

A report of a credit card and checking account compromised at 10:16 a.m. from a caller at 14 Carol Ann Rd. 

A report of a hacked Facebook page and use of a credit card at 2:03 p.m. from a caller at 6 Allens Ln.  

Animal Control

A report of two unleashed dogs at 10:23 a.m.

A report of two unleashed dogs from a neighbor came into the caller’s yard at 3:21 p.m., caller stated that her dog was attacked at 18 Aberdeen Ave. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run at 12:45 p.m. at 50 Warren St.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:32 p.m. at 210 Andover St.; at 5:33 at 312 Lowell St.

Medical Aid

A request for medical aid at 3:48 p.m. at 199 Andover St., the caller fell with a head strike. 

A request for medical aid at 5:46 p.m. at 9 Carol Ann Rd. for an unresponsive female. The party was later conscious and alert. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:55 p.m. at 233 Andover St. The caller reported a black Ford Mustang with yellow strips was driving suspiciously slow around the property. 

Well Being Check 

A report at 10:25 p.m. of a male parked in a silver Prius apparently nodding off at the wheel. The party was tired after a long day at work, and there was no issue.
