Monday, Jan. 1

Arrests

Felix Reyes, 36, of Moulton Street, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a charge stemming from an other department warrant after a report of a motor vehicle stop at 12:24 a.m. in the vicinity of 234 Lynn St.

James Tournas, 41, of Ravenwood Road, was arrested on charges stemming from an other department warrant after a report of trespassing at 6:10 a.m. on 240 Andover St. 

Alban Dobra, 39, of Esquire Drive, was arrested and charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury at 5:22 p.m. at 3 Esquire Drive.

Summons

Ayela Sarah Traverso, 36, of Mattapan Street, Boston, will be summonsed to court for shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense, and trespassing at 1:29 p.m. at Sephora, 210S Andover St.

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run collision at 12:40 p.m. at 14 Ayer St. A caller reported their vehicle was hit overnight. An officer reached out to neighbors to see if they had camera footage, but had no luck.

A report of a past hit-and-run collision at 3:15 p.m. at Jamies Roast Beef, 44 Margin St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:50 a.m. at 15 Endicott St.; at 3:20 p.m. at Starbucks Coffee, 240 Andover St.; at 3:21 p.m. at 10 Walsh Ave.; at 4:10 p.m. at 32 Mason St.

Disturbance

A caller reported a male and female arguing over a cellphone at 5:43 p.m. at 14 Foster St.

Suspicious

A juvenile reported that he had received suspicious text messages at 3:23 p.m. at Vega and Sons Trucking, 8 Lynn St. An officer spoke with the juvenile and his father and they believe the message was spam and they do not want to pursue the matter.

Thefts

A caller reported stolen property at 2:30 p.m. at Homewood Suites, 57 Newbury St. The stolen property, cigars and marijuana, was returned.

A caller reported a Facebook scam at 6:29 p.m. at 2 Bradley Ave.

Threat

A caller reported his girlfriend’s daughter received a threat over the messaging system via a gaming console at 11:27 p.m. at Maple Village, 84 Aborn St.

Sunday, Dec. 31

Arrests

Richard Wood, 64, of Pinecrest Avenue, was arrested on the charges of operating under the influence of liquor after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:10 p.m. on 65 Washington St.

Devin Shaw, 24, of Essex Street, Wakefield, was arrested on the charges of operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage after a traffic complaint at 10:05 p.m. on 598 Lowell St.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 4:47 p.m. on 210W Andover St. Mall Security reports a Windsor employee causing a disturbance and stealing money from the store. Female was gone on arrival. Investigated.

Fire

A report of a fire at 4:40 p.m. on 29 Tracey St.  Basement-level fire, everyone evacuated out of building and fire extinguished. Services rendered.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

Arrest

Phillip Innis, 37, of Peabody, was arrested on the charges of fugitive from justice without warrant and other department warrant after a report of a disturbance at 2:01 a.m. Wednesday on 43 Newbury St. Party reports roommate was threatening her with a knife.

Summons

David Joel Castillo Barahona, 36, of Euclid Avenue, Lynn, will be summonsed on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and speeding after a motor vehicle stop at 5:47 p.m. on 56 Pulaski St.

Nenio Lopes Dos Santos, 33, of Granite Street, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID, and equipment violation after a motor vehicle stop at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday on 69 Washington St.

Kristopher Adams, 41, of Proctor Circle, will be summonsed on the charges of uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday on 79 Central St.

Fight in Progress

A report of a fight in progress at 7:10 p.m. on 5 Silverleaf Way. Verbal only. Investigated.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 7:06 p.m. on 12 Crowninshield St. Caller reports a plaque was stolen. Investigated.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:38 p.m. on 286 Newbury St. Caller reports another male impersonating a police officer. Person in question showed credentials for another agency.

Suspicious Motor Vehicle

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 12:56 a.m. on 1408 Crane Brook Way. Car had been running out front for more than three hours. Multiple attempts made to make contact unsuccessfully. Vehicle Towed.

Tuesday, Dec. 26

Arrests

Emanuele Figliolino, 30, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property after a motor vehicle stop at 4:45 p.m. on 37 Foster Street.

Rachel Sawyer, 36, of Townsend, was arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, and resisting arrest after a report of an unwanted person at 8:49 p.m. on 1 Newbury St. Party took items from Holiday Inn Gift Shop.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday on 58R Pulaski St. Caller reports catalytic converter was stolen. Investigated.
