Hugo Fardim, 27, of Tracey Street, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence of liquor at 1:36 a.m. on 170 Lynnfield St.
A juvenile was arrested on the charges of unarmed robbery and possession of liquor by a person under 21 after a report of a fight in progress on 16 Foster St.
David Fanni, 23, of Baltimore Street, Lynn, was addressed on the charge of an unregistered motor vehicle with no inspection sticker after a motor vehicle stop at 10:54 p.m. on 144 Newbury St.
