Arrests

Shannon Bohn, 40, of Broadway St. in Beverly, was arrested on a Peabody police department warrant and warrants issued by an other department at 1:38 p.m. at Stop and Shop Supermarket, 19 Howley St.

Lawrence A. Cyr Jr., 46, of Rowell Road in Danvers, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, at 10:31 p.m. at Green Works, 109 Newbury St.

Summons

Emily Marchet, 19, of Jonathan Lane in Malden, will be summonsed to court for shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 2:46 p.m. at Macy’s, 210M Andover St.

Christopher Jason Conrad, 38, of Bennet Street in Beverly, will be summonsed to court for larceny under $1200 and credit card fraud under $1200.

A report of a past fraud at 12:12 p.m. at Alliance Health at Rosewood, 22 Johnson St.

Sunday, Nov. 12

Arrest

Welton Duarte Moreno, 46, of Walnut Street, was arrested on the charge of operating under the influence after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:40 p.m.

Motor Vehicle

A report of breaking and entering a motor vehicle at 8:32 a.m. on Walsh Avenue. Investigated.

Saturday, Nov. 11

Arrest

Michael Dancewicz, 45, of Courtney Terrace in Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at 8:38 p.m. at Washington and Hourihan Streets.

Summons

Israel Yoc, 35, of Hamilton Street in Lynn, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations at 5:20 p.m. at Gulf Station, 136 Newbury St.

David J. Annese, 57, of Clark Road in Lynnfield, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker at 7:31 p.m. at 560 Lowell St.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 5:30 p.m. at 130 Newbury St.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 4:21 p.m. at Spinelli’s, 10 Newbury St. A caller reported his vehicle was struck while it was in the parking lot. The suspect vehicle is a red Dodge truck.

A party reported a motor vehicle hit a parked car and kept going at 1:47 p.m. at Bunghole Liquors, 79 Lowell St. An officer located the vehicle and got its information before sending it on its way. An officer located the struck vehicle and assisted with a paperwork exchange.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 8:58 p.m. at Newbury Street.

Disturbance

A report of an unruly patient threatening staff at 3:31 a.m. at Lahey Medical Center, 1 Essex Center Drive. The person was taken to the lobby of the police department.

Suspicious

A report of an open door to the ATM at 2:06 p.m. at Luso American Credit Union, 37 Tremont St. The ATM was checked and secured.

Theft

A caller reported $6,000 missing from his bank accounts and believed he was scammed at 4:56 a.m. at 103 Brooksby Village Drive. No evidence of fraud was present. The reporting party will follow up with his bank.

Vandalism

A party reported vandalism to his vehicle at 11:47 a.m. at Macy’s Men’s, 210M Andover St.

Friday, Nov. 10

Arrest

Leomar Jose Gudino-Teran, 38, of Newbury Street, Danvers, was arrested on the charges of possession of unlawful theft detection/shielding and shoplifting by asportation after a report of shoplifting at 4:04 p.m. at 210M Andover Street.

Fire

A report of a car smoking at 3:27 p.m. on 210C Andover Street. Fire Department extinguished the fire.

Harassment

A report of harassment at 12:34 p.m. on Summit Street. Ongoing issues with tenant. Investigated.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:44 p.m. on 8 Abbey Ellen Lane. Party states delivery driver hit his mailbox. Approximately $200 worth of damage. Services rendered.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

Summons

Toni Farinelli, 40, of Peabody, was arrested and charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:04 p.m. on Foster Street.

Frederick Fernandez, 27, of 85 Rainbow Terrace, Salem, will be summonsed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle after parking in front of a fire hydrant at 2:58 p.m. on Dane Street.

Jhonny Villalba-Llerena, 40, of 80 Foster Street, Peabody, will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of an unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 10:41 p.m. on Foster Street.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

Arrest

Jenni Leigh Jacques, 39, of Lynn Street, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Peabody District Court on the charges of disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle at 12:47 p.m.

Summons

David Avisai Arevalo Cisneros, 32, of Franklin Avenue, Chelsea, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and missing registration sticker after a motor vehicle stop at 5:52 p.m. on Newbury Street.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 3:01 p.m. on 210F Andover Street. Party reports four youths harassing people in food court. Gathering dispersed.
