A male motorcyclist died in an accident on Chestnut Street on Wednesday, April 12. In a statement, the Police Department said that at approximately 5:30 p.m., the Lynnfield police dispatch began receiving calls regarding a motor vehicle accident in the area of 340-360 Chestnut Street. Lynnfield police and fire responded. The accident was a single motorcycle crash.
This accident is under investigation by Lynnfield police and state police. Police Chief Nick Secatore said no further details are currently available.
