JAM Enterprises 3 LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company with a place of business at 12 Leitner Way in Middleton, sold the property for $28 million to Enzo’s Place Peabody LLC, a Massachusetts limited company located at 17 Ash St., Unit 3, Waltham. The deed was signed by JAM Enterprises Manager Regina Monastiero and recorded on Tuesday, March 28.
The property contains 39,313 square feet of land (0.903 acres). The deed may be viewed at www.salemdeeds.com as a recorded land document at Book 41492, Page 526. Peabody Assessors Office records indicate the assessed value of the property is $3,551,600.
Registry Customer Service Manager Nancy Doherty said the property is a 60-unit multi-family luxury rental community. The property is located directly behind the Sonic restaurant on Route 1 North. According to apartmentfinder.com, rentals range from $2,350 for a one-bedroom unit to $3,750 for a three-bedroom unit.
