Sunday, April 14

Arrest

Jeffrey Machado, 38, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 12:34 a.m. on Washington Street. 

Summons

Heather Abbott Phillips, 32, will be summonsed for possession of a Class A drug.

Unwanted Person

A report of intoxicated parties refusing to leave at 12:45 a.m. at 210T Andover St.

Tuesday, April 16

Burglaries

A report of a possible car break overnight at 8:50 a.m. at First Avenue.

A report of attempted breaking and entering to several vending machines at 11:36 a.m. at 210N Andover St.

Suspicious Activity

Caller reports four teens knocking on people’s doors at 6:33 p.m. at Longview Way.

Party states that kids are banging on his door at 9 p.m. at Intervale Avenue. 

Well-being Check

A report of a child walking in the street unattended at 8:22 a.m. at Washington Street at Dustin Street. A 51A report (a report of a child alleged to be suffering from abuse or neglect) was filed.

Wednesday, April 17

Arrest

Bryan Uribe, 18, will be in custody for a temporary warrant.

Summons

Ofosu Edmund Mintah, 41, of Manchester, Conn., was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 1:44 a.m. at Columbus Road.

Frank R IV Sims, 23, will be summonsed for the unlicensed and unregistered operation of a motor vehicle. 

Jean Carlos De Leon Gonzalez, 34, of Lynn, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Breaking and Entering

A report of a front desk worker believing a car was broken into in the lot at 4:59 a.m. at Newbury Street.

Thursday, April 18

Summons

Sandra Maribel Martinez Martinez, 46, of Lynn, will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle.

Area Check

Caller reported kids playing kickball by the Peabody Public Safety Memorial at 3:41 p.m. and felt that it was inappropriate. Officer stated that no juveniles were playing at the memorial.

Friday, April 19

Arrest

Robert Corriveau Jr., 63, was arrested at 11 p.m. at Railroad Avenue for operating under the influence of liquor.

Summons

Marco Garcia Bazan, 26, of Beverly, will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Area Check

Property owner reported that a GMC Yukon was circling the property suspiciously at approximately 4:15 p.m. at Pulaski Street. Reporting party stated that they previously had a string of catalytic converter thefts and was concerned that the vehicle may have been staking out the property for a later hit. 

Assault

Male stated that he was punched in the face and said the perpetrators took his Domino’s pizza at 5:17 p.m. at Park Street. Reporting party was transported to Salem Hospital.

Larceny

A report of a past larceny where a package was taken from the porch while homeowners were on vacation at 12:58 p.m. at Gedney Drive.

Vandalism

Man reported that a car was broken into at 1:19 p.m. at Crowninshield Street.

Saturday, April 20

Arrest

Todd Kain V, 34, will be in custody for a warrant, and summonsed for assault and battery.

Summons

Laurie Kain, 59, will be summonsed for assault and battery. 

Area Check

Caller reported that two juveniles on a moped are throwing water balloons at cars at 5:02 p.m. at Essex Center Drive. 

Animal Complaint

Caller reported at 9:36 p.m. at Bartholomew St. that she came home to find that her dog, a Dalmatian/Border Collie mix wearing a blue dog collar with dogs on it with no tags, had gotten out. Dog was not able to be located. 

DPW Callout

A report at 4:22 p.m. about a pavement around the railroad track by Capones appearing to be washed away and the track is severed, bouncing up causing a large pothole to open up. DPW was notified and was on the scene and temporarily filled up the hole, and will return to hot top it. 

Motor Vehicle Complaint

Callers reported and complained of motorcycles racing around the neighborhood at Hardy Street at 4:42 p.m.
