Saturday, April 6

Hit and Run

Caller witnessed a car hit two other parked motor vehicles and flee toward TD Bank onto Andover Street at 5:56 p.m. at 210L Andover St.

Missing Person

Reporting party said that her son left a note stating he had left and was not coming back at 9:57 a.m. at Washington Street. Party was located and was transported to Lahey for an evaluation.

Summons

Bianca Cruz, 35, of Lowell, was summonsed and charged with larceny under $1,200 at 9:51 a.m. at Ulta Beauty at 210U Andover St.

Wilfer Barrera, 33, of Lynn, was summonsed for the unregistered/uninsured and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:39 p.m. at Macarthur Road.

Sunday, April 7

Arrest

Erbin Montesino, 30, of Lynn is in custody for one count of assault and battery on a police officer and one count of disorderly conduct.

Shannon Davis, 33, of Rowley is in custody for one count of assault and battery on a police officer and one count of disorderly conduct. 

Summons

Tara Lynn Mehalba, 29, of Ipswich, was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage at 1:56 a.m. at Tremont Street.

Anthony Pappagallo, 36, of Swampscott, was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle after expiration of license, and using an electronic device while operating motor vehicle as a first offense. 

Angel Luis Familia, 19, of Lynn, was summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Ezequiel Marques da Silva, 42, will be summonsed for having an uninsured motor vehicle, attaching plates, and for having an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Kelvin Garcia, 31, of Lynn, will be summonsed for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property.

Burglary

Caller reported past breaking and entering to her apartment at Avalon Drive at 7:45 p.m.

Motor Vehicle Accident

Officer states that one party was transported to Salem Hospital after an accident at 1:34 p.m. at 19 Howley St.

Monday, April 8

Arrest

Tadeu Silva Amorim, 28, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on Central Street for an issued warrant and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Summons

Jeffrey Knikker, 52, of Lynn, will be summonsed for assault and battery on a family member. 

Anthony Thomas Pitterson, 18, will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended. 

Burglary

A report of units broken into at 9:55 a.m. at iStorage at 137 Summit St. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of two males walking through the parking lot attempting to open multiple car doors at 5:57 p.m. at 210C Andover St. 

Tuesday, April 9

Summons

Jorge Luis Bautista Rodriguez, 23, of Lynn, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Fraud

Party walked in at 10:26 a.m. to report that their Eastern Bank card was hacked. 

Wednesday, April 10

Arrests

Robert Valente, 39, was arrested at around 8:08 a.m. on Warren Street for a Peabody Police Department warrant. Warren St. was shut down as traffic units and K9s blocked the street. Report also says that party is in custody for probation violation.

Juan Felipe Tapias Vanegas, 44, of Lynn, was arrested for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:39 p.m. at Lowell Street.

Disturbances

A report of an Uber driver with a dispute between parties in back seat at 11:52 a.m. at Andover Street.

A caller reported that three juveniles on bikes are circling cars and asking passersby for money at 6:16 p.m. at Howley Street. Officers checked and were unable to locate juveniles on bikes.
