Monday, April 22

Arrest

Yunier Pimental, 19, is in custody at 5:45 p.m. for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Summons

Danayzah Marie Esposito, 20, of Lynn will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, having an uninsured motor vehicle, and having an obstructed window. 

Ryan Emery Anderson, 28, will be summonsed for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. 

Wanderson Fernandes da Silva, 24, of Salem will be summonsed for the unlicensed and uninsured operation of a motor vehicle. 

Assault

Juvenile came into the lobby to report a past assault at 11:21 p.m. at Lynn Street. 

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a minor motor vehicle accident involving three cars at 6:09 p.m. at Lynnfield Street.

Stolen Motor Vehicle

Resident stated that her motor vehicle was stolen at 6:43 a.m. at Brookbridge Road. Motor vehicle has since been located in Andover.

Recovered Stolen Motor Vehicle

A report of a stolen motor vehicle on the property at 9:02 a.m. at Foster Street.

Owner reported that their vehicle was reported stolen to Lynnfield PD at 7 a.m. Lynnfield PD is investigating, and the owner now has possession of the vehicle.

Vandalism

Party reported that juveniles were causing damage to a fence at 5:55 p.m. at Lynn St. 

Tuesday, April 23

Summons

Francisco Linares, 26, of Lynn will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Assist Fire Department

A report of a dumpster fire at 11:35 a.m. at Newbury Street.

Larceny

A report of a stolen fridge from a house under construction at 7:25 a.m. at Villa Lane. 

Disturbance

Caller reports multiple juveniles congregating in the street yelling at 11:03 p.m. at Hardy Street.

Wednesday, April 24

Animal

A report of a raccoon possibly with rabies running around at 8:01 p.m. at Joy Road.

Disturbance

Party reported male screaming obscenities at 6:26 p.m. at 210S Andover St. 

Other

Third party reported at 7:26 p.m. that grandson’s house has raw sewage flooding the basement at Beacon Boulevard. 

Thursday, April 25

Arrest

Charles Copponi Jr., 51, will be taken into custody for Class B drug possession at 11:31 p.m. at Newbury St. 

Animal Complaint

Party reported at 9:07 a.m. that her neighbor allows her dog to roam the streets off leash, and stated that the dog went after her son last year. A citation warning will be mailed for the loose and unlicensed dog. 

Motor Vehicle Accident

Caller reported that male party in an electric bike ran into her car at 2:27 p.m. at Andover Street.

Neighborhood Dispute

Caller reported that a neighbor is swearing at her landscapers and preventing them from leaving at 2 p.m. at Lowell Street. 

Suspicious Activity

Caller reported that someone was looking into his daughter’s window at 10:52 p.m. at Market Street.

Friday, April 26

Arrests

Casey Kinney, 38, of Westford is in custody for Class A drug possession at 9:33 a.m. at Jubilee Drive, and for having an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle. 

Jay Ganz, 54, of Salem was arrested at 7:04 p.m. at Foster Street for operating under the influence of liquor as a second offense.

Disturbance

Employee reported that a large group of teens caused a disturbance in the restaurant, refusing to leave at 6:54 p.m. at Main Street.

Saturday, April 27

Arrest

Justin Maguire, 28, of Dracut was arrested at 12:14 a.m. at Lowell Street for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. 

Alexander Lopez Tomas, 24, of Lynn will be in custody for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Summons

Weigster Vieira-Debrito, 23, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop. 

Animal Control

A report of a mailman being bit in the face by a dog at 2:19 p.m. at Bradley Avenue. 

Assist Citizen

Party reported at 1:38 p.m. at Spring Pond Road that her and her husband’s cars were egged the night before. 

Party reported that her prescription was stolen by another woman at 2:25 p.m. at CVS at Lynnfield Street.

Vandalism

A report of damage to a fence by three to four youths that fled toward the bike path at 12:32 a.m. at Albert Road.

Sunday, April 28

Arrest

Aecio Lucas De Araujo Ferreira, 28, of Salem was arrested for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, and a number plate violation. 

Dennis Ross Davison Jr., 21, of Lynn was arrested for shoplifting at 1:23 p.m. at 210L Andover Street. 

Shannon Marie Barrett, 40, of Boston was arrested at 1:51 p.m. at Margin St. for possession of a Class A drug and three other warrants.

Summons

Anthony Landry, 28, will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Animal Control

A report of a raccoon up in the bleachers at 9:06 a.m. at the Peabody Veterans Memorial High School.
