Lynnfield and Wakefield FDs respond to motor vehicle accident

The Lynnfield and Wakefield Fire Departments responded to a single-car motor vehicle accident at Route 128 North in Lynnfield. According to a Facebook post by the Lynnfield Fire Department, “arriving companies on scene determined that a motor vehicle had rolled over several times and landed on its roof submerged in the water, and all occupants were able to self extricate while emergency responders were arriving.”

“Under the command of Lynnfield Chief Glenn Davis and Wakefield Captain John Walsh, the departments worked together to transport six patients with injuries ranging from moderate to serious,” the Facebook post read. “Last night is a prime example of multiple agencies working side by side to provide emergency care to those in need.”
