Friday, March 8

Animals

A complaint was received that there are malnourished and neglected Axolotls in a pet store at 11:45 a.m. at a Petco at 10 Sylvan St. Reporting party sent photos to support the complaint. Complaint was forwarded to the Department of Agriculture and said that they will look into it.

Road Rage Incidents

A report of a road rage incident and a minor motor vehicle accident at 7:36 a.m. at 567 Lowell Street at Goodale Street. Pierreson Pierre Louis, 39, of Malden, will be summonsed for the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Caller reported that party was throwing objects at them out of their vehicle at 6:58 p.m. at Walnut Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism to a vehicle at 10:39 a.m. at 52 Washington St.

Saturday, March 9

Arrest

Jose M. Romero, 49, of Salem, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. at 27 Caller St. for the operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor as a third offense, and after license was suspended.

Sunday, March 10

Arrests

Itamar Gomes de Jesus, 32, of Peabody, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. at 110 Tremont Street for a warrant.

Monday, March 11

Arrest

Nicholas D. Lewis, 29, of Peabody was arrested at 10:18 p.m. at 14 Overlook Trail for a Peabody PD warrant and the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:34 a.m. at 184 Lake Street. Sabrine Cambui, 22, of Peabody was summonsed for operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, the unlicensed and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle.

Summons

A report of a front desk payment issue at 9:13 a.m. at the Marriott Hotel at 8A Centennial Drive. Stephane C. Mathurin, 26, of Malden will be summonsed for defrauding an innkeeper of over $100.

Tuesday, March 12

Arrests

Henrique de Freitas, 24, of Salem will be in custody for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, attaching plates, and for having an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

Joao Victor Bandeira Godinho, 19, of Malden will be taken into custody for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and cited for having no inspection sticker.

Summons

Yoniel Cordero, 18, was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Vandalism

Caller reported that the wheels and tires were stolen from their motor vehicle at 7:26 a.m. at 1100 Salem St.

Wednesday, March 13

Summons

Lucineia Bridge, 64, of Malden will be summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage at 9:11 p.m. at 145 Summit St.

Thursday, March 14

Arrest

Gretchen Anne Martin-Callahan, 42, was arrested and charged with having an unregistered motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle, and a warrant with another department at 12:32 p.m. at 70 Lynn St.

Shoplifting

A loss prevention officer reported that a shoplifting occurred at around 2:00 p.m. at a Sephora at 210S Andover St. and approximately $1,100 worth of merchandise was taken.

Summons

Tuliomiguel Nascimento, 24, was summonsed for attaching plates at 8:36 a.m. at 11 Pound Lane.

Anderson Araujo Ferreira, 20, was summonsed for attaching plates at 11:27 a.m. at 5 Elm St.

Rene Pascual, 65, will be summonsed for a past assault. 

Ilma Da Cruz Piovani, 58, of Marlborough will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 8:55 p.m. at 42 Washington St.

Ray Amezquita, 48, of Chelsea will be summonsed for the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

Friday, March 15

Arrest

John Simonelli, 40, of Peabody was arrested for shoplifting by asportation at 5:13 p.m. at Macy’s at 210M Andover St.

Summons

Maria Lopez-Romero, 30, of Lynn, and Seyner Nolasco, 26, of Lynn, were both summonsed for shoplifting and obstruction of justice at 3:27 p.m. at Macy’s at 210M Andover St.

Suspicious Activity

A walk-in report of mother getting charged over $30,000 at a mall kiosk at 12:36 p.m. at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St.
