Sunday, March 17

Burglary

Caller reported that she returned home from an outing to find that her door had been forced open at 8:27 p.m. Sunday at Peabody Road.

Hit and Run

Party stated that his wall was hit in front of his house at 1:03 p.m. Sunday at Endicott Street.

Larceny

A walk-in report at 12:45 p.m. Sunday of an iPad stolen from the reporting party’s car at 3 Bourbon St.

Motor Vehicle Accident and Summons

A report of a vehicle that crashed into a house at 8:40 p.m. Sunday at Blaney Avenue. Robert Alvarez, 61, will be summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage. 

Road Rage

A report of a road rage incident at 11:02 a.m. Sunday at Centennial Drive. 

A report of a road rage incident at 11:13 a.m. Sunday at 136 Main Street at 8 Caller St.

Summons

Ivan Teoharov, 29, of South Dennis, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Vandalism

A report of eggs thrown at a house and car at 11:27 a.m. Sunday at Sheldon Road.

Owner of the property has a video showing male party putting glue in locks at 3:05 p.m. Sunday at Foster Street. 

Monday, March 18

Arrests

Welton Nilo Marinho, 22, was arrested and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and cited for obstruction of plate. 

Assist Citizen

Caller wanted to speak to an officer about a contractor who took measurements of his yard without his permission and presence at 4:18 p.m. Monday at Anne Drive.

Disturbance

Caller reported that a resident was starting fights with other tenants and walking around with a pellet rifle at 5:37 p.m. Monday at Foster Street. Officer stated that they have the pellet rifle for safekeeping, and that the resident will be moving out of the residence. 

Summons

Daniel Sullivan, 28, of Burlington, will be summonsed for taxi fare evasion at 6:50 p.m. Monday at Newbury Street.

Christian Jeffrey Little-Ladd, 27, will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license at 9:14 p.m. Monday.

Tuesday, March 19

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a tractor trailer snapping a pole in half at 8:13 a.m. at 17 Sutton St.

Summons

Roberson Jean-Pierre, 34, of Lynn, was summonsed for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle at 12:09 p.m. at 272 Washington St.

Vanit Theepatikanon, 52, of Rowley, will be summonsed for trespassing at 3:35 p.m. at North Andover Street.

Vandalism

A report of past vandalism at 10:50 a.m. at the Peabody Council on Aging building at 79 Central St.

Wednesday, March 20 

Animals

A report of a dead cat with no collar and microchip at 9:56 a.m. Wednesday at 572 Lowell St.

Arrest

Ryan Gene Booth, 48, of Marblehead, was arrested and charged for operating under the influence of liquor as a second offense, possessing an open container, and failing to stop for police at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday at 19 Howley St.

Assault and Battery

Caller reported that she was assaulted by a disgruntled customer at 4 p.m. Wednesday at CVS Pharmacy at 79 Lynnfield St.

Disturbance

Caller reported juveniles looking like they are about to fight at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday at James Street Park. Officers checked the area and nothing was showing.

Summons

Marcos Lima Roland, 30, of Stoughton, will be summonsed for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. 

Eliseu Alves Araujo, 41, of Brockton, will be summonsed, and charged with the violation of an abuse prevention order. 

Peter Hurley, 43,will be summoned for attaching plates, and having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. 

David Oliver, 40, of West Palm Beach, Fla. will be summonsed for the use of a motor vehicle without authority.

Thursday, March 21

Animals

A check on the well being of Axolotls at Petco at 10 Sylvan Street was done at 1:44 p.m. Thursday. Animals appear to be kept in a humane manner. 

Arrests

Fagner Dos Santos, 31, was arrested for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:03 a.m. Thursday at 63 Central St.

Gustavo A. Cruz, 21, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Thursday at 114 Lynn St. for a warrant with another department, the possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, a number plate violation, and for having an unregistered motor vehicle.

Christopher P. Weiner, 44, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. Thursday at 2A Raylen Avenue for a warrant.

Donald Charles Baillie, 41, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. Thursday at 71 Wallis St. for threatening to commit a crime, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer, and disorderly conduct. 

Summons

Wikitony Dos Santos, 28, will be summonsed for having an unregistered and uninsured car, and a number plate violation.
