Mayor Edward A. Bettencourt Jr. is pleased to announce that Student Government Day, an annual community program going back more than 30 years, will take place on Thursday, April 4.
Each year, seniors at PVMHS are elected by their classmates to participate in a day of interaction with elected officials and employees of city government. On April 4, the Student Government Day members of the PVMHS Senior Class of 2024 will shadow their city counterparts for the day and will participate in a City Council meeting and School Committee meeting in the evening.
