Winter programs at the Library

There’s another long dark winter ahead of us. How are you going to fill the hours and beat back the winter blues? We’ve got a full slate of winter programs to keep you going!

In January, we’ve got a great slate of programs to get you started in the New Year.

We’ve got the drop-in tech help session, on the last Tuesday afternoon of the month to help you with all of those new devices you got over the holidays, and we’re starting up our English Language Conversation group on Monday, Jan. 29. Whether you’re interested in practicing your conversational English, or you’re a native speaker looking for a chat, we hope you’ll join us.

If you’re looking to start a new hobby, we’ve got a plant exchange on Saturday, Jan. 27 and on Thursday, Jan. 25, the Society of American Magicians will be recruiting new members.

And that will take us right up to February which, OK, it’s still winter, but time to be thinking about spring at least. Watch this space to learn more about our upcoming seed library!! We’re very excited to be kicking off this new branch of our Library of Things, and Gretel Anspach from the Massachusetts Master Gardeners Association is coming on Feb. 21 to teach us about seed starting.

Join us all winter long for these programs and more!
