Vice President and Realtor Susan Ayala Bridge is top agent at J Barrett & Company in 2023

J Barrett & Company is proud to announce that Vice President and Realtor Susan Ayala Bridge is the top producing agent in units at the agency for 2023.

A consistent top producer for more than two decades, Bridge sold 22 units of property totaling more than $22,000,000 last year.

“I am excited to have achieved this standing and want to thank my clients for putting their trust in me to help them accomplish all their real estate goals. I work tremendously hard for my clients and this recognition from Jon Gray and J Barrett was a great way to end my successful 2023,” Bridge said.

Bridge credits her success to her extensive experience and her ability to really understand her clients’ needs and wants.

“Asking the right questions and then listening intently are critical skills for a real estate professional. This, along with having experienced and practiced negotiation techniques plus a keen, intimate knowledge of our North Shore real estate market are the keys to my success,” she said.

A seasoned realtor with an impressive record, Susan’s North Shore real estate career spans 25 years and includes owning her own real estate firm before joining J Barrett & Company.

“We’re excited about Susan’s accomplishment but certainly not surprised,” J Barrett & Company President Jon Gray said. “Susan continuously demonstrates her ability to be successful on a long-term basis. Always mindful of what is happening ‘now,’ Susan’s ability to adjust to the current market is a critical factor in enabling her to help her clients achieve their goals.”

“In addition to an understanding of our current market, Susan’s extensive knowledge of the North Shore and the many communities in the Greater Boston area is exceptional,” he said. “Every client who works with Susan benefits from her insight and experience.”

Bridge, who is bilingual (English and Spanish), was born in Cambridge, raised in East Boston, and has extensive ties to Greater Boston and the North Shore.

Residing with her family in Swampscott for the past 16 years, she enjoys sharing her passion for real estate with her two sons.

“You know you’re a real estate family when your middle school boys understand the processes of a transaction!” she quipped.
