Saturday, Jan .13

Arrest

Julia Anne Kennedy, 28, of Spruce Road in Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor at 9:49 p.m. at Capone’s Restaurant, 147 Summit St.

Summons

Daniel Liam Cvinar, 26, of Winona Street, will be summonsed to court for operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle after police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crashed into a pole at 3:33 a.m. at Lake Street and Penny Lane.

Luiz Galichio Cantao Da S, 34, of Royal Crest Drive in North Andover, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield after a motor vehicle stop at 11:09 a.m. at Summit Street.

A 17-year-old juvenile will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a motor vehicle collision at 2:22 p.m. at 8 Andover St.

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle collision at 8:22 a.m. at 480 Lowell St.; at 4:32 p.m. at 295 Lowell St.

A report of a deer strike at 9:49 p.m. at Lowell and Baldwin Streets.

Assist Citizen

A report of a young child on the roof at 8:38 a.m. at 30 Veterans Memorial Drive. The child was able to get down from the roof, and the parents signed a refusal. Police were set to file a 51A report.

Thefts

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 1 a.m. at 2 Magnolia Way.

A report of credit card fraud at 1:34 p.m. at Baldwin Court, 303 Brooksby Village Drive.

Friday, Jan. 12

Arrests

Peter G. Bruckler, 36, of Richardson Street in Wakefield, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating under the influence of liquor – second offense, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 12:08 p.m. at Aspen Roofing Services, 58R Pulaski St.

Michael Wayane Perkins, 33, of Pinebrook Drive, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 11:38 p.m. at 13 St. Lo Drive.

Summons

Jennifer Figueroa, 34, of Aborn Street, will be summonsed to court on three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Animal

A resident reported a husky running loose in their residence at 9:53 p.m. at 44 Pierpont St. The dog was reunited with its owner.

Theft

A report of Bitcoin fraud at 9:55 p.m. at Gardner Park Variety, 44 Margin St.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

Arrest

Robert Wear, 47, of Newbury Street was arrested and charged on an other department warrant at 8:26 p.m. at Mobile Estates, 286 Newbury St.

Summons

Carlos Blanco-Ortiz, 32, of Caller Street, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle without a license at 4:53 p.m. at Fulton and Dennis Streets.

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run collision at 12:48 p.m. at Wardhurst Shish Kebob & Steakhouse, 31 Lynnfield St.

A report of a past hit-and-run collision at 8:25 a.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, 485 Lowell St.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 12:12 p.m. at Andover Street Self Storage, 151 Andover St.; at 5:00 p.m. at Holwey and Walnut streets.

Disturbance

A report of a loud music complaint at 12:26 a.m. at 160 Main St.

Monday, Jan. 8

Arrest

Warley Sales Silva, 39, of Walnut Street, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 10:30 a.m. on 54 Walnut St.

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:24 p.m.  on 181 Bartholomew St. Vehicle rolled over with a female party inside. Party transported to Salem Hospital.

Assist Citizen

Caller reports his girlfriend received a call accusing her of hiring a hitman. Malden Police Department alerted. Investigated.

Assault

A report of an assault and battery at 9:44 p.m. on 16 Catherine Drive. Caller reports roommate threw a plate at her around 6 p.m. Parties separated. Investigated.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 4:53 p.m. on 210N Andover St. Three young males recording customers with their cameras making people uncomfortable. Peace restored.
