Saturday, Jan. 27

Summons

Justin Casey, 36 of Shillaber St. will be summonsed to court on charges of simple assault and battery at 1:26 p.m. 

Renan Martins De Souza, 33, will be summonsed to court on charges of simple assault and battery at 1:26 p.m.

Pierangely Sophya Bonilla Rosso, 32, of Eastern Ave., Lynn, will be summonsed to court for a number plate violation to conceal ID, and speeding rate greater than was reasonable and proper at 8:27 p.m. 

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:10 p.m. on Bartholomew St. 

Disturbance

A report of a party with loud music at 12:30 a.m. at 5 Waldingfield Lane. 

Unwanted Guest

A report of an unwanted guest at 3:51 p.m. at 101B Foster St. 

Animal Control

A report of a dog complaint at 7:40 p.m. at 25 Truman Road. The caller reports she has secured two loose dogs in her backyard. Caller said that she could keep the dogs for a little while to see if the owner comes to get them. The dogs were reunited with their owner. 

Suspicious

A report of suspicious activity at 9:06 p.m. at 43 Paleologos St. Caller states that someone is trying to break into his house. Officer spoke with reporting party and stated reporting party rents the back unit and it was just a kid that wanted to show his friends where he will be moving into. Everything checks out. 

Lost and Found

A report of a found wallet at 11:08 p.m. on Cabot Street. 

Tuesday, Jan. 23

Summons

Kelly Rodriguez, 18, of Eutaw Avenue, Lynn, will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and window obstruction after a motor vehicle stop at 5:19 p.m. at 21 Johnson St.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 11:33 a.m. at 397 Lynnfield St. Verbal argument. Investigated.

Fraud

A report of fraud at 5:45 p.m. on 85 Lynnfield St. Caller reports a credit card skimmer attached to a gas station pump. Investigated.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 5:49 p.m. on 13 Jacobs St. Motor scooter stolen from second floor landing. Investigated.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 1:48 p.m. on 202 Brooksby Drive. Party reports vandalism in her apartment. Services rendered.

A report of vandalism at 2:42 p.m. on 12 Crowninshield St. Caller reports someone shot out his car window. Investigated.

Monday, Jan. 22

Ryan Cullen, 47, of Evergreen Way, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt, speeding, failure to stop/yield, not being in possession of a registration, and a passing violation at 10:41 a.m. at 157 Lynn St. 

Leonel E. Mendez, 32, of Norton Street, was arrested and charged on another department warrant at 1:54 p.m. at Lynn Street and Macarthur Road. 

Lucas Lopes Ferreira, 27, of Harris Street, was arrested and charged with operation of an unlicensed motor vehicle. 

Summons

Alexander Dejesus, 20, of Palmer Avenue in Danvers, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Gessica Nathalie Prophete, 36, of Dow Street in Salem, will be summonsed to court for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker. 

Norman Edward King, 23, of Holten Street, will be summonsed to court for threatening to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness/juror/police/court official. 

Rachel G. Sorensen, 53, of Elginwood Road, will be summonsed to court for operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, and leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage. 

Olivia O’Malley, 18, of Plainfield Avenue in Malden, will be summonsed to court for assault and battery and disorderly conduct. 

Accidents

A report of a past hit-and-run collision at 11:13 a.m. at Audi Peabody, 252 Andover St.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 4:41 a.m. at Boston Chauffeur, 222 Newbury St.; at 5:56 p.m. at County and Lynn streets.

Disturbance

A caller reported a young man trying to kick her door in at 6:52 p.m. at Tannery Two, 12 Crowninshield St. The incident was determined to be a mental health issue and the reporting party was known to make up scenarios. 

Suspicious

A report of a hand-to-hand drug deal at 7:33 p.m. on Dennis Street. 

Thefts

A resident reported someone filed an unemployment claim using his information at 12:50 p.m. at 5 Lisa Road. 

A caller reported a previous fraud at 9:18 p.m. at 9 Rockdale Park.
