Andres Javier Guevara Ramia, 37, of Washington St., will be summonsed on the charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and operation of uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 7:02 p.m. on 78 Lynn St.

Isaac Mark MBA, 48, of Pope St., Salem, will be summonsed on the charge of leaving the scene of property damage after a motor vehicle accident at 10:34 p.m. on 621 Lowell St. Car hit pole.

Overdose

A report of a fatal overdose at 7:45 a.m. on Mulberry Drive.

Saturday, Dec. 2

Arrests

Marcelo Dias Da Silva, 41, of Vermont Avenue, Lynn, was arrested and charged with speeding, a marked lanes violation, failure to signal, and a charge stemming from an other department warrant at 10:27 a.m. at 205 Newbury St. 

Pedro J. Velazquez, 36, of Estes Street, Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense, refusing to identify as the operator of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered, uninsured motor vehicle, selling drug paraphernalia to a minor, and a charge stemming from an other department warrant at 8:06 p.m. at County Street and Cherwick Road. 

Summons

Dakota Lee Agnew, 22, of Washington Street, will be summonsed to court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle at 1:44 a.m. at Foster and Church streets.

Nicholas Brian Porter, 20, of Lynn Street, will be summonsed to court for leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage at 3:53 a.m. at 13 Lynn St.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 11:17 a.m. Saturday at 5 Warren St.; at 11:56 a.m. Saturday at Andover Street; at 12:45 p.m. at The Container Store, 210C Andover St.; at 3:04 p.m. Saturday at Northshore Mall, 210N Andover St.; at 7:24 p.m. at LL Bean, 210L Andover St. 

Assault

A walk-in report of a past assault at 12:31 p.m. at St. Johns School, 19 Chestnut St. 

Disturbances

A gas station clerk reported a customer giving the cashier a hard time at 8:24 a.m. at Stop and Shop, 19 Howley St. 

A caller reported an issue with a landlord at 2:15 p.m. at 70 Margin St. The incident was a verbal dispute over deposit money. 

A report of a loud party at 10:06 p.m. at 25H Shore Drive. Caller reported the party quieted down and a response was no longer needed. 

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 9:42 a.m. on Fulton Street. 

Suspicious

A party called to report being suspicious of a male party walking around with a flashlight at 11:33 p.m. at Lindauer Street. It turned out the man was part of a search party looking for their lost cat and no response was required. 

Thefts

A report of fraud at 8:55 a.m. Saturday at 29 Clark Road; at 3:12 p.m. at Trader Joe’s, 300 Andover St. 

A report of larceny at 12:17 p.m. Saturday at 45 Dexter St.; at 9:47 p.m. at 1423 Crane Brook Way.

Summons

TulioMiguel Nascimento, 24, of Park Street, will be summonsed on the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property, assault and battery, and threat to commit crime after a report of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:49 a.m. on 14 Union St.

Fernnandho Siqueira Vieira, 23, of Main Street, will be summonsed on the charges of Uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and attaching plates after a motor vehicle stop at 6:13 p.m. on Summer St.

Unwanted Person/Guest

A report of an unwanted person/guest at 8:58 p.m. on 57 Newbury St. Female in lobby of hotel who is not a guest refused to leave and caused disturbance using profanity.

Ryan Rodrigues, 20, of Keys Drive, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and equipment violation after a motor vehicle stop at 10:59 p.m. on 32 Central St.

Summons

Milton Lopez Aguilon, 33, of Witt Street, Lynn, will be summonsed on the charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle accident at 11:18 a.m. on 659 Lowell St.

Brittany Bates, 31, of Safford Street, Lynn, will be summonsed on the charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 7:19 p.m. on 272 Washington St. at 3 Colfax St.

Suspicious Motor Vehicle

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 12:25 p.m. on Railroad Avenue. Officer reports person slumped over steering wheel. Party transported to Salem Hospital.
