Tuesday, Dec. 19

Arrest

Courtney Habelman, 37, of Southwick Avenue, was arrested on the charges of operating under the influence of drugs, drug possession, and leaving the scene of property damage after a report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 4:40 p.m. on Crane Avenue.

Fire

A report of a fire at 10:57 a.m. at 10 Caller St. House fire with heavy smoke coming from the second floor. Fire was controlled.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 1:39 a.m. on 16 Holten St. Caller reported a suspicious person in the area. Reporting party stated the person is dark skinned wearing a gray hoodie and dark pants. Party went on their way after the purse was retrieved from the cousin’s apartment. Cousin intoxicated with three children. Grandmother took custody of all three children.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of St. Mary’s Cemetery. Caller reported a white SUV parked by the dumpster with lights on for a long time.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 7:44 p.m. on 27 Kosciusko St. Party reports Christmas lines were cut. The part wanted it known this was the second house on the street damaged.

Thursday, Dec. 21

Arrest

James Giacalone, 55, of Bennington Street, East Boston, was arrested on the charges of possession of a burglarious instrument and shoplifting by asportation after a report of shoplifting at 6:36 p.m. on 210M Andover St.

Summons

Jone Reis Dos Santos, will be summonsed on the charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle accident at 6:01 p.m. on 63 Central St.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 1:35 p.m. on 55 Bartholomew St. Caller reports the theft of 4 50 gallon trash barrels sometime after Tuesday. Investigated.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 7:22 a.m. on 20 Willard St. Stolen catalytic converter.
