Monday, Dec. 11

Arrests

Christopher Eric Young, 28,of Dyer Street, Danvers, was arrested and charged on an other department warrant at 6:53 p.m. at Richdale, 139 Lynnfield St.

Geovanna Piers Dos Santos, 23, of Garden Road, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member at 11:15 p.m. at 17 Garden Road.

Summons

Laila Kaba, 38, of Day Avenue, Salem, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 8:53 a.m. at 17 Lynn St.

George Vromovrisiotis, 41, of Ralph Road, Danvers, will be summonsed to court for operating an uninsured, unregistered motor vehicle at 6:04 p.m. at Shell, 85 Lynnfield St.

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run collision at 4:16 p.m. at Lowell and Summit streets. The suspect vehicle was described as a small silver 4-door sedan with front end damage headed towards the square.

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 8:23 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Education Office, 3 Margin St.; at 10:26 a.m. at 12 Caller St.; at 10:55 a.m. at Lowell and Newbury Streets; at 3:16 p.m. at Lahey Medical Center, 1 Essex Center Drive; at 4:15 p.m. at Lynnfield and Bartholomew Streets; at 4:48 p.m. at Catholic Charities, 13 Pulaski St.; at 7:21 p.m. at 160 Lynn St.

Animal

USPS reported a dog at 9 Sprague St. was always loose, preventing postal carriers from delivering mail to the entire street at 9:42 a.m. There were no licensed dogs at the address and a citation was mailed to the deed holder.

Disturbance

A report of a loud party at 9:53 p.m. at 17 Keys Drive. The music was turned down.

Hazard

A report of a large pothole at 7:21 a.m. at West Branch Library, 603 Lowell St. The area in question is coned off with caution signs.

Suspicious

A report of a party digging through dirt at 4:01 p.m. at Richdale, 139 Lynnfield St. The party was gone on arrival.

Sunday, Dec. 10

Arrests

Daniel Soares Pereira, 32, of Glendale Street, Everett, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, and a motor vehicle lights violation at 1:58 a.m. at 204 Washington St. 

Emily Loreen Blaney, 23, of Manning Road, Lynn, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 11:37 p.m. in Wilson Square. 

Summons

Joshua R. Doucette, 32, of Lynn Street, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 12:59 p.m. at 18 Lynn St. 

Angel Orlando Rodriguez Del Jesus, 27, of Charles Street, Danvers, will be summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Accidents

A caller reported her father had been involved in a hit-and-run crash at 12:14 p.m. at 155R Washington St. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 1:49 p.m. at Hop & Grind, 210H Andover St.; at 8:11 p.m. at Lowell Street and Stockton Road. 

Suspicious

A report of a party sleeping in a motor vehicle at 8:51 a.m. at the Welch School, 50 Swampscott Ave. 

A report of a naked man walking in and out of the lobby to his motor vehicle at 11:09 a.m. at Springhill Suites, 43 Newbury St. An officer reported the man was wearing light skin shorts under a dark jacket and the call was the result of a misunderstanding. 

A caller reported a vehicle parked across from his residence for several days unmoved and was concerned the vehicle had been abandoned at 7:21 p.m. at 82 Franklin St. 

Thefts

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 10:53 a.m. at 19 Joy Road. 

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 3:40 p.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, 485 Lowell St. Caller reported credit cards missing from his wallet, which was in his car during the period the cards went missing. 

Wednesday, Dec. 6

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 8:41 a.m. on Goodale Street. Dispute between landlord and tenant. Investigated.

Threats

A report of threats at 4:13 p.m. on Central Street. Caller reports he was threatened by a neighbor of the apartment complex.

A report of threats at 10:18 p.m. on Tracey Street. Report that someone is receiving phone calls threatening to do harm via firearm. Investigated.

Tuesday, Dec. 5

Summons

Abdel Rahman Zuhair Tuffaha, 38, of Silverleaf Way, will be summonsed on the charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a report at 9:05 a.m.

Emily Marie Lopez, 34, of Farmers Way, Westford, will be summonsed on the charge of animal cruelty after a report at 9:41 a.m. on Farmers Way.

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:35 p.m. on 300 Andover St. Caller reports a hit and run. Both operators eventually contacted and exchanged information.

Suspicious Motor Vehicle

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 3:43 p.m. on Baldwin St. Caller reports she was followed by a light blue older motor vehicle while walking from Smith Barn.

Threats

A report of threats at 1:17 p.m. on Livingston Drive. Threats via cell phone. Services rendered.
