Sunday, Nov. 5

Arrests

Jose Mateus Francisco-Kind, 21, of Collins Street, was arrested and charged with a suspended license, operating uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and number plate violation to conceal ID after a motor vehicle stop at 4:25 p.m. on 5 Barry Street at 30 Collins Street.

Leyser Manolo Pojoy Aguilon, 25, of Bailey Street, Lawrence, was arrested and charged with a suspended license and operating motor vehicle with speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit after a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 8:32 p.m. on Violet Road.

Zachary Bates, 30, of North Central Street, was arrested on a temporary warrant and charged with operating after a suspended license and operating under the influence of liquor after the warrant was served at 8:32 a.m. on North Central Street.

Summons

Emanuel De Souza Pelegrine summonsed for unlicensed after a motor vehicle stop at 11:50 p.m. on 220 Lowell Street at Forest Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 6:13 a.m. on Longstreet Road. Party states someone destroyed campaign signs. Services rendered.

A report of vandalism at 9:08 a.m. on Stuart Road. Group of teens smashed portable basketball net overnight. Services rendered.

Saturday, Nov. 4

Arrest

A report of operating under the influence at 7:43 p.m. at the Sylvan Street Grille on 12 Sylvan Street. Gateas towing reports a disabled motor vehicle with a possible intoxicated operator. Tracey Mitchell, 44, of Essex Green Lane, was arrested and charged with OUI and malicious destruction of property.

Summons

Colby Mills, 18, of Lincoln Avenue, Danvers, will be summonsed for an uninsured motor vehicle signal and unregistered motor vehicle after police make a motor vehicle stop at 227 Andover Street.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 5:16 p.m. on Felton Street. 3 masked parties ran through the property, removed something from one of the tenant’s patios, and took off towards the mall giving the middle finger.

Missing Person

A report of a missing person at 7:51 p.m. on 199 Andover Street. Dispatcher successfully pinged party’s phone in Lynn and got in touch with missing party. Party removed as missing person.

Motor Vehicle Accident

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 1:38 p.m. at the Central Bakery at 48 Walnut Street. Moped collided with pedestrian. Female party transported to Lahey Burlington Hospital and Male transported to Salem Hospital.

Friday, Nov. 3

Arrest

A report of operating under the influence at 8:48 p.m. on Lowell Street at 2 Bourbon Street. Jennifer T. Neville, 53, of Ocean Avenue, Revere, was arrested and charged with OUI fourth or greater offense, marked lanes violation, and unregistered motor vehicle.

Summons

A report of shoplifting at 7:59 p.m. at Macy’s Men’s and Furniture Store on 210M Andover Street. Juvenile Shoplifter detained and will be summonsed for shoplifting by concealment.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 5:25 p.m. on 39 Veterans Memorial Drive. Verbal argument between daughters and mother. One party transported back to 174 Lynn Street.

A report of a disturbance at 6:12 p.m. on 80 Foster Street. Party having an issue with his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend. Services rendered.

Thursday, Nov. 2

Arrests

Arthur J. Driscoll, 67, of Glenway Avenue, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

Timothy Crane, 30, of Berry Street in Danvers, was arrested on a Peabody Police warrant and charged with two counts of resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, possession of a Class B drug, assault, disturbing the peace, and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Summons

Andrea Linda Carozza, 39, of Wheeler Street, will be summonsed to court for operating an unregistered, uninsured vehicle.

Trevor Andrew Hallam, 25, of Naumkeag Road, will be summonsed to court for leaving the scene of an accident. causing property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, disturbing the peace, abandoning a vehicle, two counts of wanton destruction of property more than $1,200, and one count of wanton destruction of property less than $1,200, after police responded to a motor vehicle crash into a pole at 12:31 a.m. at 749 Lowell St.

Tayzhaun Theovannie Bodkin, 21, of Waldemar Avenue, will be summonsed to court for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Accidents

A report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle at 8:26 p.m. at Roycroft Road and Walsh Avenue. The pedestrian was taken to Lahey Peabody.

A report of a hit-and-run collision at 4:01 p.m. at Chase Bank, 210C Andover St.; at 9:37 p.m. at Dearborn Road and Newbury Street

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 7:52 a.m. at McDonald’s, 133 Main St.; at 9:06 a.m. at Perley Avenue; at 10:57. a.m. at Macy’s, 210 Andover St.; at 3:23 p.m. at Main and Pierpont Streets; at 5:44 p.m. at 136 Newbury St.

Disturbance

A nurse reported a client being abusive towards staff at 8:56 a.m. at Rainbow Adult Day Center, 210 Lowell St. The brother of the client ordered an Uber for his brother. The client left without incident.
