Lynnfield’s Meghan Breslow recently completed the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, the second of six Abbott Marathons she has planned. She ran the race for Autism Speaks and finished in a PR 3:44, some 11 minutes lower than her goal, which was good enough for 15,026 overall and 4,237 in the female division. Breslow will be back at it next month at the New York City Marathon on Nov. 5.
