A caller reported at 7:27 a.m. that she was letting a friend stay with her while they got back on his feet. A 57-year-old male called her stating strange things and that people were in the apartment. She believes he was having a mental breakdown.

Caller reports male walking around Salem Street looking at houses with flashlight at 4:02 a.m.
Juvenile Offenses
911 caller reported four boys playing chicken while riding bikes at 201 Walnut St. She reported that they were all wearing back packs and turned toward Thistle Lane. She reported that one of the bikes was a powder blue with white tires. She stated that they were crossing over the yellow line going back and forth between lanes and were almost hit by three different cars at 3:15 p.m.
