The New England Woodcarvers “Spirit of Wood” show, competition and craft fair is coming to the Torigian Senior Center this fall.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 15.
Admission to the show is free, and the event will feature live demonstrations, seminars, raffles, soap carving for kids and carvings from individual artists for sale. Wood carvings from all over New England will be on display, and carving clubs from throughout New England will be on site to meet. The competition is open to wood artists in all categories and registration is available in advance or onsite.
