Sunday, April 9

Suspicious Activity

A report at 10:44 a.m. from a caller at 9 Sophie Road who said a package containing a diamond ring was delivered to her that she didn’t order.

A report at 8:07 p.m. from a caller at 85 Tremont St. who said three juveniles may have been trying to break into his car or garage.

A report at 9:57 p.m. from a caller who said a male wearing a toy/costume penguin-like mask was inside the building at 17 Sewall St. trying apartment doors. Police spoke to the person who identified himself as “Spiral” and said he traced his “cheating girlfriend’s” phone to that address. He was sent on his way.

Saturday, April 7

Suspicious Activity

A report at 4:54 p.m. of a group of high school aged students harassing walkers on the bike path near Speedway, 545 Lowell St.

A 911 call at 9:43 p.m. from a caller who reported a white sedan containing an occupant with a bag over his head driving at 2 Summit St. and 326 Lowell St. 

Friday, April 6

Threat

A report at 9:42 p.m. from a caller at 43 Andover St. Apt. #FL2 who said his wife is a TikTok video maker who received a call from someone who said “We are on the way to your house in 10 minutes and we are going to kill you and your family.” Police said all was clear and a report will be filed.

Thursday, April 5

Assault and Battery

A report at 11:33 a.m. of a domestic assault and battery at 261 Newbury St. Apt. #45.

Road Rage

A report at 1:59 p.m. from a caller at 20 Wiseman Drive who said his wife was followed home and the operator was circling the neighborhood. Lynnfield PD was asked to make a notification at the suspect’s house. 

Tuesday, April 4

Arrest

Moises Martins, 21, 26 St. Ann’s Ave., Peabody was arrested and charged on another department warrant.

Burglary

A report at 6:09 p.m. of a past burglary at 26 Endicott St.

Fraud

A report at 8:30 p.m. of fraud at 5 Bresnahan St.

Intoxicated Person

A report at 7:15 p.m. of an intoxicated male urinating outside Peabody District Court. 

Larceny

A report at 10:40 a.m. of a stolen ring at the Jeffrey & Susan Brudnick Center for Living, 240 Lynnfield St.

Missing Person

A report at 7:50 a.m. from a caller at 366 Lynnfield St. who said her husband has been missing since Sunday. He was last seen heading to work in Woburn and may be headed to Cuba.

Monday, April 3

Assault

A report at 1:41 p.m. from a caller who said he works for a water delivery company and that, about an hour ago, a male got into his delivery truck at 12 Magnolia Way, refused to get out and assaulted him. Police were going to interview residents of Apt. #1218.

Arrest

A report of a dispute with a former employee at a T&T Wireless, 240 Andover St. Alexis Annmarie Legere, 24, 30 Dennison Ave. Salem N.H. was arrested and charged with assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $1,200.

Disturbances

A report at 2:48 p.m. of a disturbance at James Street Park. Police dispersed the gathering.

A report at 6:39 p.m. of parties arguing in front of 170 Lynn St. Apt. #R. Police said it was an ongoing property dispute between neighbors.

Fraud

A report at 10:47 a.m. of identity fraud at 26 Aberdeen St.

A walk-in report at 1:41 p.m. of an identity fraud scam at 3 Perley Ave.

A walk-in report at 2:19 p.m. of fraud.

Motor Vehicle Stop

A report at 2:15 a.m. of a person appearing to be asleep in a motor vehicle at 4 Lake St. The person said he was watching a video and fell asleep.

Summons

Fernanda Da Silva Alexandrino, 37, 27 Shore Drive, Peabody was summonsed on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Suspicious Activity

A report at 12:59 p.m. of a suspicious male in a dark gray sedan at 1 Herbert Ave. The person was a Tru-Green employee having his lunch.

Sunday, April 2

Domestic Disturbance

A report at 2:44 p.m. from a caller who said a male was yelling at kids at 49 Goodale St. Police spoke to the male who said he had just broken up a fight between his two young children and all was in order.

Suspicious Activity

A report at 9:29 p.m. of three youths in the area of the abandoned billiards building at the Countryside Motel on Route 1.

A report at 2:21 p.m. from a caller who said a suspicious motor vehicle with Connecticut plates was parked at King St. and James over the last few days with someone holding a device out the window for multiple hours at a time. Police determined it was Rousselot conducting a survey.

Vandalism

A walk-in report at 1:22 p.m. from a person who said her upstairs neighbor at 58 Central St., Apt. #3 was moving her property and believes she scratched her vehicle.

A report at 6:41 p.m. from a resident at Mobile Estates, 286 Newbury St. Apt. #120 who said a group of youths keeps throwing things at his trailer which knocked his expensive clock off the wall. Police spoke to the caller and neighbors who said they are frustrated with the continued bad behavior of the neighborhood youths and will call back if they can identify them.
