Motor Vehicle Complaint
A report at 2:32 p.m. of a teenager operating a dirt bike on the field at Lynnfield High. Police determined it was a 10-year-old boy on a battery-powered bike.
Summons
Elmer Chavaz Lopez, 23, 62 Western Ave. Apt. #12, Lynn was summonsed on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violations.

Tuesday, April 18
Juveniles
A report at 2:39 p.m. from a caller at Panera Bread who said a group kids ages 10-13 attempted to start a fire in the restroom.
Public Service
A party was found in the rocks at 1:40 a.m. at the corner of Lowell and North Hill who claims to have been homeless. She had no money or belongings. She agreed to stay in the lobby at the station until she can get proper help in the morning.

A report at 9:01 a.m. of fraud at 30 Edward Ave.
A report at 10:08 a.m. of identity fraud at 19 Clark Road. A male party said someone is renting cars, opening bank accounts, and buying items online using his information.
Officer Requests
A request at 3:25 a.m. from an elderly female at Sunrise Assisted Living, 55 Salem St. who said she was scared. Her son arrived to be with her.
A request at 10:55 a.m. from a caller who said her 10-year-old child was left alone after being dropped off by grandparents in the lobby at 300 King Rail Drive Apartments.
Sunday, April 16
Suspicious Person
A report at 2:46 p.m. of three teenage boys in the gym at Arbor Point Apartments, 100 King Rail Drive who do not live there. Police spoke to the youths and found they were not in the gym and the lock was working properly.
Saturday, April 15
Officer Wanted
A report at 11:48 a.m. from Lynnfield Pediatrics, Lynnfield Place, 628 Salem St. who said a male party appears to be living in the woods behind the building. Landscapers asked him to leave but he was uncooperative. Police spoke to the person and will check back later to make sure he is not camping out.
A request at 2:27 p.m. from MA Monitoring to check on an individual at 375 N Broadway Apt. #1-102 to make sure he was not trying to remove his ankle bracelet. Police found no sign of tampering.
Motor Vehicle Complaint
A report at 5:30 p.m. of a motor vehicle swerving in the roadway at MarketStreet. The driver was a Door Dash driving looking for directions on his phone.

Animal Control
A report at 2:22 p.m. of a snapping turtle in the middle of the road creating a traffic hazard at 425 Walnut St. and 425 Market St.
Complaint
A report at 12:26 p.m. from a caller reporting an excessive amount of vehicles on Walnut St. and 425 Market St. making u-turns in the middle of the road.
Fraud
A walk-in report at 12:25 a.m. from a West Huckleberry Road resident who said she believes her credit card was stolen and used in Saugus. She was advised to call the credit card company.
A report at 2:03 p.m. from a caller at 1215 Main St. who said her mother has been receiving many phone calls from people posing to be Medicare threatening to cancel her coverage unless she gives them her Medicare number.
Disturbance
A report at 11:26 a.m. of dozens of middle school-age kids blocking the entrance and exit at Center Court and being disrespectful.
