Accidents

A report at 8:21 p.m. of a minor motor vehicle accident at Dunkin Donuts, 3 Central St. 

Disturbances/disputes

A report at 10:14 a.m. of a neighborhood dispute at 19 Goldberg Road involving a person who said her daughter’s cat was kicked and the person is not happy.

A report at 10:48 a.m. from a resident at 17 Goldberg Road at 10:48 a.m. who said her neighbors are outside destroying her property. The officer stated the matter was a continuation of a verbal argument between the residents of 17 and 19 Goldberg Road.

Suspicious activity/person

A report at 3:21 p.m. of a vehicle parked since 8 a.m. in the parking lot with its trunk open at CVS Pharmacy, 174 Main St. The vehicle belongs to an employee.

A report at 4:51 p.m. of a suspicious SUV at 23 Rockdale Ave. occupied by two males who appeared to be checking vehicles to see if they were unlocked. 

A report at 5:03 p.m. from a caller who said there is a suspicious party at 8 Birney St. he is watching on his job site’s security. The party was gone on arrival.

Thursday, Nov. 24

Complaint

A report at 12:25 a.m. of a fight in progress at 76 Walnut St.

A report at 3:31 p.m. of loud music in the parking lot at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 50 Walsh St. The party was gone on arrival.

A report at 4:26 p.m. of an intoxicated person at CVS, 637 Lowell St. The patient was transported to Beverly Hospital.

A report at 9:11 p.m. from a caller who said two animals are fighting underneath her couch. She said she doesn’t know how they got there. Police determined there are no animals.

A report at 10:17 p.m. of a verbal argument between family members at 26 Murdoch Drive. Police will document.

A report at 11:17 p.m. of a person playing loud music at 111 Central St. Apt. #12.

Motor vehicle stop

A written warning for speeding and a stop sign violation was issued at 11:21 p.m. at 586 Lowell St. and 0 Carpenter Road.

Suspicious activity

A report at 1:20 a.m. of a suspicious motor vehicle at the Kiley School, 21 Johnson St. The party was sent on his way.

A report at 8:25 p.m. of a suspicious vehicle backed up to the door at Honeydew Donuts, 130 Newbury St. Police determined it was an employee of preparing food for tomorrow.

Wednesday, Nov. 23

Accidents

A report at 6:42 a.m. of a hit-and-run accident at McDonalds Restaurant, 133 Main St.

A report at 10:54 a.m. of a motor vehicle accident at 84 Wallis St. and 35 Tremont St.

A report of a hit-and-run accident at Qdoba Mexican Grill, 229 Andover St.

Animal control

A report at 5:31 p.m. of a bat in the Macy’s store, 210M Andover St.

Domestic disturbance

A report at 11:20 a.m. from a female who said her husband with dementia is verbally abusive. Officer will forward a report to the elder services officer.

Harassment

A report at 1:57 p.m. of harassment at 33-6 Woodbridge Road.

 

Larceny

A report at 9:01 a.m. of a stolen Bobcat at Nesco/Needham Electric Supply, 1 Centennial Drive.

Overdose

A report at 1:33 a.m. of a possible overdose at 18 Keyes Drive Apt. #8.

Summons

Maiara Joaguim, 33, 69 Jordan Road, Wakefield will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Leandro Pereira Da Silva, 30, 15 Wheeler St. Apt. #1 was summonsed to court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Suspicious activity

A report at 4:26 p.m. of juveniles possibly smoking marijuana in the family bathroom at the Northshore Mall, 210 N Andover St.
