Sunday, Nov. 13

Complaint

A report at 2:03 a.m. from a caller who said there are two people running through the neighborhood and going into people’s yards on Whitney Drive.

Fight

A report at 1:21 p.m. of a large fight in the parking lot at Boston Sports Club, 194 Newbury St. Police spoke to a small group in the lot and determined there was a fight between two soccer teams which had left the area. Police attempted to speak with the manager of the soccer league but he was uncooperative. Police will follow up with gym management on Monday.

Fraud

A walk-in report at 10:03 a.m. of a fraud at 39 Trask Road.

Vandalism

A report at 10:57 a.m. from a resident who said his house at 11 Rainbow Road was egged the night before.

 

Saturday, Nov. 12

Complaint

A report at 12:12 a.m. of a person refusing to leave at 19 Bresnahan St. The party left without incident.

Larceny

A report at 2:02 a.m. from a caller at Holiday Inn Peabody, 1 Newbury St.who said another hotel guest stole her purse.

Suspicious activity

A report at 11:49 a.m. from a caller who said he believed he was watching a drug deal at 43 Shore Drive. Officers checked the area and didn’t find anyone.

Vandalism

A report at 9:23 a.m. from a resident at 2 Intervale Ave. who said his house was egged the night before.

A report at 2:47 p.m. from a caller who said someone crashed into her car at Legal Seafoods, 210L Andover St. and left. The officer stated it was not a hit-and-run but a case of vandalism.

 

Friday, Nov. 11

Animal control

A report at 12:44 p.m. of a brown dog running in traffic at 2 Violet Road at 82 Andover St.

Complaint

A report at 5:40 p.m. from a caller at 116 Foster Sr. Apt. #2 who said the tenants on the third floor are intentionally making noise. The caller declined harassment order rights.

Juvenile

A report at 2:40 p.m. of a child on a dirt bike at the Burke School, 127 Birch St.

Larceny

A report at 8:58 p.m. of a stolen catalytic converter at 111 Foster St., Apt. #216.

Road rage

A report at 5:13 p.m. from a caller who said a blue Ford Expedition tried to drive him off the road on Bartholomew St,

Summons

Soares Leusimer, 46, 12 Philip AvePeabody was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to signal on Albert Road.

Marcelo Fabiano Beltrami, 40, 33 Shore Drive, Apt. #B, Peabody was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield on Andover Street.

Suspicious activity

A report at 12:37 p.m. of suspicious parties at Auto Factory, 288 Newbury St. The party said he was rebooting the computer in his car.

 

Thursday, Nov. 10

Accident

A report at 7:20 a.m. from a caller who said a cyclist drove into her car at 2 Maple St. at 39 County St.

Burglary

A report at 5:17 p.m. of a past breaking and entering at 30 Lowell St. Apt. #8. The caller said $1800 was missing and a closet appeared to be rummaged. 

 

Complaints

A report at 5:40 a.m. from a Newhall Place caller who was very upset that a JRM truck was picking up trash/recycling and/or yard waste.

A report at 9:02 p.m. from a caller at 1 Peterson Rd. who said a group of middle school kids keep banging on her door and running away.

A report at 9:43 p.m. from a caller who said someone brought alcohol into Peabody High School, 485 Lowell St. The administration is checking on the well being of the students.

 

Fraud

A report at 4:18 p.m. of online fraud at 65 Andover St. Apt. #2.

 

Larceny

A report at 10:15 a.m. of a past larceny of a wallet at 210 Andover St.

Motor vehicle stops

A verbal warning for a crosswalk violation was issued at 3:07 p.m. on Rockdale Avenue.

A verbal warning for a marked lanes violation was issued at 3:09 p.m. at 101 Washington St.

A written warning for improper passing and citation for operating with no license was issued at 3:16 p.m. at 52 Lynn St.

A written warning for a red light violation at Mini of Peabody, 209 Andover St. was issued at 7:15 p.m.

 

Shoplifting

A report at 10:47 a.m. of possible shoplifters at Walgreens, 35 Main St.

Summons

Brenda K. Fonseca, 58, 178 School St., Taunton MA will be summonsed for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Suspicious activity

A report at 11:09 p.m. from a caller at 3 Wilson Terrace. The caller reported two suspects armed with firearms were in the rear of the house. When speaking to police the responding party said two females were banging at the back door.  

 

Threats

A report at 11:23 a.m. of threats at Peabody High School, 485 Lowell St.

 

Vandalism

A report at 8:19 a.m. stating eggs were thrown and struck the building at Peabody Veterans High School, 485 Lowell St.

 

Wednesday, Nov. 9

Arrests

David Michael Hardiman, 55, 3 Ledgewood Way, Apt. #11, Peabody was arrested on outstanding warrants from Peabody District Court. 

Christine T. Zak, 38, 18 Cashman Road, Peabody was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Peabody District Court.

 

Summons

Joseph P. Falzone, 67, 286 Newbury St., Apt. #111, Peabody will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

Junior Da Paixao Da Paixao Pinto, 41, 100 Main St., Apt. 4, Peabody will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and attaching plates.
