LAWRENCE – Merrimack Valley Hospice announced recently that it has a new associate medical director, Ariadne R. Mueller, M.D.
Mueller earned her medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa. and completed her family medicine residency at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center.
She also served as a clinical associate with Tufts University and was the 2007-2008 chief resident at Lawrence Family Medicine Residency.
“At the end of life there is great potential for healing – both physically and emotionally,” says Mueller. “I am also a firm believer that self care is especially important for the hospice staff.”
Mueller lives in Somerville.
Merrimack Valley Hospice is a non-profit agency affiliated with Home Health VNA and HomeCare, Inc., which together serve over 80 communities in northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
