PEABODY – Brooksby Village was named to the 2009 HomeCare Elite, a compilation of top-performing home health agencies in the nation.
The annual review identifies the top 25 percent of agencies and further highlights the top 100 and top 500 agencies overall. Winners are ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.
“This award affirms what we already knew – that Brooksby Village is a place that provides seniors with an enriching place to live, committed to many health care and wellness options for residents,” says Brooksby Village Executive Director James Wingardner.
The retirement community offers several components to its home health program, such as fall prevention education, disease management models, memory fitness programs and medicine management tools. Brooksby received its home health certification four years ago.
